He has also studied theology here in Sweden and is currently on his way to becoming a special education teacher. His passion for education is evident as he constantly strives to learn more and continue his educational journey.

His work experience is equally impressive. Between 2016 and 2020, Matiwos worked in the conversion industry with AlphaCE. He then continued his career with Saint Ignatio's folk high school from 2020 to 2021 and with Curonova from 2021 to 2024. In addition to this, he also has experience in healthcare, working as an interpreter and as a taxi driver. This diverse background gives him a unique understanding of different professional fields and people's needs in the labor market.

Matiwos is not only a dedicated professional, but also a loving husband and new father to a three-month-old daughter. In his spare time, he loves spending time with his family, swimming and traveling.
